Policy
Revision & Refund Policy
Changing the scope
Scope can be changed before the work starts at no cost: say what you want different and we reissue the confirmation with a new fee and a new date. After the work has started, additions are quoted separately and in writing before any of them are done.
Cancelling before the deliverable is issued
An order cancelled before the review, plan or financing file has been delivered is refunded in full. If the analysis is already under way, you keep whatever has been produced so far and we refund the remainder of the fee, telling you the amount before the cancellation is confirmed.
Stopping the monthly retainer
Ongoing Financial Management stops at the end of the month you have paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period beyond that month. The working files, forecasts and notes stay with you.
What is not refundable
- Work already delivered and walked through, including a review you have received
- A second financing round, or a materially changed financing request, which is quoted separately and charged as its own engagement
- Third party costs paid on your behalf at your request, such as a valuation or a registry search
- Fees paid to a licensed professional you asked us to introduce you to
If a figure was wrong
That is a correction rather than a refund. A corrected deliverable is issued at no cost, and if the error affected a decision you had already acted on, we will go through the consequences with you and say plainly what can and cannot be fixed.
How to ask for a change or a refund
- Send the request through the contact form, or reply to your order confirmation, quoting the order number.
- Say which package and which part of the deliverable it concerns.
- We confirm in writing within one business day, and refunds go back by the original payment method.
