Nothing is shipped

This is an advisory service, so there is no parcel and no delivery charge. What reaches you is a written deliverable: a review, a plan or a financing file, sent digitally and kept against your order.

How a deliverable reaches you

Documents are attached to your order and summarised in the order thread, so there is a record of what was sent and when. If you need a different format, ask and we will send it.

Delivery times we commit to

• Financial Health Review: the written review follows within five business days of the structured interview, and the follow up call is booked at the end of it
• Personal Financial Plan: a draft goes to you for correction before the final plan is issued, with the date agreed when the scope is confirmed
• Business Financing Advisory: the date agreed when the scope is confirmed, because it depends on how complete your records are
• Ongoing Financial Management: the first month includes a short setup so the opening position is agreed before the first review call

What can move a date

Missing or late documents are the usual reason. When that happens we tell you as soon as we notice and set a new date rather than leaving the original one standing. A date also moves if you change the scope, because the work changes with it.

Order confirmation

Every order is confirmed in writing with the scope, the fee and the delivery date. If anything in that confirmation is not what you expected, tell us before the work starts and it is corrected at no cost.

Deadlines you are working towards

If you have a lender date or another fixed deadline, say so when you order. We will tell you honestly whether it can be met, and if it cannot, we will say that before you pay rather than after.
