Preparation work for a business that intends to raise financing: the records, the numbers and the answers a lender will ask for. What you receive: - A readiness review of accounts, existing obligations and the records a lender will expect to see - A financing file ordered the way a lender reads it: purpose, amount, source of repayment, collateral and owner contribution - A written answer set for the questions that stop applications early, built from your own figures - Support through one application round, including a review of the documents before you submit them How it runs: We prepare and review; you apply in your own name, and you decide what to send and to whom. We do not lend money and we do not present applications on your behalf. What we can do is make sure the file is complete, consistent with your accounts, and ready to answer the questions that follow. Price is in US dollars and covers one financing round. A second round, or a materially changed request, is quoted separately.
