What you receive: - A monthly review call of 45 minutes against the plan or budget you are running - An updated cash flow position each month, with the movements explained in writing - A quarterly written summary of what changed, what it cost and what is scheduled next - A running list of decisions waiting on you, with the date each one needs an answer by How it runs: Billed monthly and cancellable before the next month starts. The first month includes a short setup so that the opening position is agreed before the first review call. If the plan you are running was not built by us, we work from it as written and note anything that needs a decision. Price is in US dollars per month.
